Overbearing!
I installed the app so that when the time comes for a refill, I can easily request one. Since then, I’ve been inundated with emails, texts, and “cutesy” push messages BEGGING me to add a prescription. I can’t tell you how many times every day I’ve been interrupted by sometimes multiple identical messages within moments of each other. It’s infuriating! There doesn’t seem to be a way to make it stop, short of deactivating all messages or deleting the app, which means I won’t get the functionality and may as well just phone in my Rx. What a disaster this app is. It will be a month before I need a refill; I’ll likely delete it and reinstall then—or maybe just choose another pharmacy altogether.

The only down side is that I don’t get a text when my prescription is ready to pick up so I can get it after my work.

Excellent Service
I find using the app to order my prescription is easier and quicker. The app is easy to navigate, I am kept up to date with the progress of my order and get a text message when it is ready for collection. It takes less time to order on the app too. I will definitely keep ordering my meds this way.
Ordering and collection on app
It’s a hit or miss ordering on app. I love its convenience but in December they had no record of my order despite me having the evidence. They then said I didn’t have a repeat prescription. I went to GP surgery who said couldn’t understand why chemist told me that and printed me off prescription. I was told better to call to make sure they have order and that it’s ready rather than rely on app telling me it’s ready. Kind of defeats the purpose!

This app is not at all user friendly
It’s always an ordeal trying to find the correct route to simply reorder a prescription. It’s the worst app. I have to use frequently - I hate it!

The app in not maintained to update and accurately let me know where my medication levels are at. I have to physically count how many pills I have left, and on many occasions you prompt me to order medication that have been ordered and fulfilled two weeks previously
Home delivery
Is there any chance you could add home delivery to the app a am phoning to get them delivered. I love the app it’s great the service. I can’t complain at anything. Thank you

I an taken over ordering my mothers medication but I can’t seem to get them delivered to her home address

Always helpful and staff are all very nice.
Almost pointless
The tracking doesn’t work so I can’t see the progress of the order. When meds aren’t ready after 5 days or so to often there is a dispute between the surgery and the pharmacy as to whose fault it is. I don’t care, I’m just fed up of having to order monthly meds almost as soon as I get them because I can’t rely on them arriving. Yes, that is two problems (dispensing process and tracking) but I would be less stressed if the tracking worked.

At the moment the app has lost the choose between delivery and pickup
Not a problem at the moment as chemist already knows who needs delivery etc but for a new customer they don’t seem to have a choice.
Also the email about medication being ready sometimes has the message to contact chemist about medication.
They don’t do this.

Collection
Every time you go into get the prescription there’s no where to check the prescription to make sure everything is in the bag would be great if you could check before you leave

Needs improvement
The app once you have placed the order shows it has been sent to the GP. Not necessarily the case as 14 days after placing my last order no movement on the app still on sent to the GP and no record of this order at the GP or at the pharmacy. I have had this a few times stuck on sent to GP and on further investigation have found medication has been dispensed and in the pharmacy. Needs improved

Pharmacy don’t update prescription requests
When the original app came out the pharmacy always updated the process from sending a repeat prescription in right up to it being ready for collection. They no longer do this and say that all they use the app for now is to receive prescription requests. This is not what the app is supposed to be for. Also the morning alarms, no matter how many times they are reset, do not work. Only the evening one does.

Good app but room for improvement.
The app generally works well for listing regular prescription meds and ordering when required. Unfortunately, the daily reminder alarm function is not reliable. Some mornings it gives an audible alarm reminder and other mornings it doesn’t.
