Just another stupid useless apps
Very2 stupid and useless apps HHAHAHAH. Can't even track shipment. When enter tracking number, not responding.. Please removed this STUPIDDD apps hahahah

I already put in the verification code but cannot submit and tap request new code.It doesn’t work. Rubbish app ever!!!!!!
didn’t update the parcel status promptly
issue number 1, app and page didn’t update status of parcels promptly since last month, all showed “in transit” even though out of delivery or delivered already. especially for those out of delivery, only few times the system will show “out of delivery”, most of the time just show “in transit” to show user the inaccurate status.
issue number 2, even though reinstalled the app, the options of parcels mode just omitted premium and fresh box, only value pack and express to choose with. it is second time i have from the app.
issue number 3, i wrote and reported the first issue on line clear fb page, the customer service gave me a mobile number without whatsapp for customer care(my salesperson didn’t do anything but convinced me to track my parcels every time on the tracking page and copy and paste tracking number one by one). not really efficient to report issue to line clear
honour speaking, express part is really promising, the service is still acceptable but the app and website are gross. hope line clear can set up something like ninja van app, to allow user put receiver’s details in one column then the system will automatically fill up the form. thanks.

Tracking
To be honest, developer should create an apps easier for tracking, the tracking system on the website is not user friendly. And the apps also cannot track for shipment other than log in to the account
