Honest review
You can ignore most of the other reviews you read on here. Scrolling through the top reviews, all but 1 are clearly ignorant to the Lineage series and have complaints that either go against core Lineage styles, or they don’t have much experience with MMO’s. Giving a 1 star review because you couldn’t fully customize your character, or you couldn’t immediately delete your character after creation goes to show you have zero understanding as to why these things were implemented this way in the Lineage series, and if you’ve never seen them in another game, then you’re obviously very new to MMO’s.
If you are unfamiliar with the Lineage series of games, the best place to start is with Lineage 2 Classic for the PC. Every Lineage mobile type of game has been a clear spinoff of its original predecessor. Here with L2m it is no different and it is much closer to the original than others. Nothing will be better than the original, and this is as close as you’ll get in a mobile version.
I won’t go into explaining all of the differences, and will only point out the most major one: P2W. This game is not very f2p friendly, and players that pay will have a clear advantage over you. There is no sugar coating this. With enough skill you can bridge some of the gap, and if you’re very knowledgeable with the game you can consistently earn the paid currency (via selling the right items on the market) and progress your codex yourself instead of paying your way through it. These two things combined can put you on a more equal level with paid players. Unfortunately, this is how NCSOFT games work now. Back with original L2 which was subscription based, you didn’t have strength-through-micro transactions.. you instead earned your strength with skill and time played. The era of games have changed since then, so this is as good as you’ll get for a Lineage title.
There have been numerous QoL features added to L2m since its launch, such as offline play and lots more events, which has really helped the game.
Also: None of the servers are full. They don’t get full. This was clearly a game bug that was preventing them from playing since the reviews complaining about it came all at the same time. Every game has issues from time to time, there’s no stopping that.

Selten so ein Schwachsinn gesehen, kannst nicht spielen, weil nur 4 Server angezeigt werden und die sind dauerhaft voll. Es ist einfach nicht möglich einen neuen Charakter zu erstellen um zu spielen.

First step is to select a server to make a character. All the servers are full. So they take your information to get you ready to play, then they can’t accommodate any new players. Sad.
