App is ok but translation is slow and often incorrect. Typed responses often combine words. Offered a discount, but never replied to customer service request after 4 tries over 2 months

내가 말한 문장을 ai가 대화하면서 피드백해주는게 아니라 내가 말한걸 대략 수정해서 ai가 인지하고 그거에 대해 대답하는거라 원활한 소통이 안돼요 그리고 렉도 너무 걸려서 짜증나요 결제 한달 미리 했는데 답답하네요

バグだらけ。音声が出なかったり、途中で切れたり、フリーズしたりは普通のこと。極めつけはサポートに連絡しても全く返事がないこと。開発中のアプリをリリースしないで欲しい。きちんと完成してからリリースすべき。
