App is bad
Camera was great but this app is a mess, when registering there’s no options to click after entering your email, getting the verification code and creating password. You get stuck in the create account interface

This app is so bad and I can’t see any of my dash cam videos via this app anymore

App does not work, it is connected to the camera but when I use the app, it’s not showing anything but when I take the SD card to the laptop all the videos are there, the app is so useless

New version is horrible
I can no longer access videos and photos. They updated the app and i can no longer view the videos and photos taken. Not sure what happened. Whats the point of having a dashcam if i can no longer have the video? Fix the app do passangers or parked drivers can view videos and photos.

Evrything was working fine before but after the recent update I can’t see any videos recorded , it’s empty in my iPhone . So bad
Bad update
Ever since this last update I can’t access the camera or videos. It shows on my phone that it’s connected, shows on the camera it’s connected, but when I try to access the camera or roll and it will say it’s disconnected. This was never an issue in the old version. Please fix this bug. What’s the point in having a dash cam if you can’t access the videos afterwards?

Please add the CarPlay App
Hi. It works fine, but I have to disconnect my iPhone from the Apple CarPlay each time I want to connect to the Dash Cam because Apple CarPlay also uses WiFi.
It would be great if you added an Apple CarPlay app that would connect to the camera and show videos on the car screen. That would be a killer feature! 🙂

Poor App
I expected that spending nearly $100 on a car camera would come with clear instructions in English, not Chinese. To make matters worse, the app's barcode doesn't work, and setting up the camera through the touch screen is frustratingly confusing. If I'm away from my car, I can't access any of the videos on the app; I have to be sitting in the car and connected to WiFi. Trying to upload the footage to my laptop using the MC was a complete hassle. Overall, I can barely justify giving this product two stars. I strongly suggest that the seller, manufacturer, and app developers pay more attention to detail and prioritize user-friendly design.

Dash camera app
Would be much better if you can use the app with the camera on record mode. Also the settings can be made more simple to use by having a grid on / off layout or something. Should be something on app to able to rewind the footage and see the video recording like you would on a cctv app.
