Lingua is a dictionary and learning app for the indigenous and regional languages of the Philippines. The app includes large languages, for example Ilocano, Kapampangan, and Bikol. The app also includes languages in danger, for example Arta and Ratagnon. The app works without an internet connection. The full dictionary downloads to your device the first time you open the app. After that, you can browse, learn, and add words in all locations: in the city, in the province, or far from a network.
