Can't use app
I bought this app through the website and then downloaded it to my iphone and my ipad. I have not been able to log into the app on either devices. I've written the company though the website "contact us" 4 TIMES and I've never gotten a response. They were happy to charge my credit card, but refuse to get back to me when I have absolutely no access to the app. I can use it on my Mac through the website but that doesn't do me any good when I bought it to use on the go.

cannot log in or sign up no matter what. just tells me ive exceeded the app.
