我是中國地區的用戶，這個英語軟件真的太垃圾了，容易閃退，售後服務特別差，不解決問題，進階的閃卡也一直不補發用戶，2023年11月11號花了2300買了入門和進階，承諾史上最低價，結果兩個月不到就入門加進階就只要1198 ，這麼自殺式的降價是否要隨時倒閉了？毫無誠信可言！ 幫我這段評論翻譯成英語

It is a very good app for my kid learning English

My little one is two years and nine months and he loves this app. The interactive features in the game and play make learning fun and encourage them to speak up.

Cant login and cant get help!!
I would like a refund as the app is keep logging me off and cant log in back or seek help. Impossible to use. Terrible experience
Rubbish
Totally run by a group of Chinese but set so many barriers to prevent Chinese using it. Can’t subscribe and can’t even sign in You can be just so mean So can I rate zero point

Great but new feature not working
I love this app my son really enjoys it and it’s great for his speech therapy, the only flaw is the new conversation part of the lessons just doesn’t work for us it took my son and I about 15 minute shouting “the zebra is dancing” to have the program understand.

非常好的软件，孩子学校推荐的，每天一节课学习，时间控制的也很好，虽然对说英语的孩子一开始的课程比较简单，但胜在可以每天给老师交作业和小朋友们互动，孩子很喜欢。感谢lingumi团队！
Thoroughly recommend
My 3 year has a very short attention span, I thought I’d try this app as it come recommended from his new school which he starts in September and the lessons are great. They are short, interactive and perfect for him. We do a lesson first thing and although he knows most objects, we are really focusing on his speech so this is great. We enjoyed the 5 lessons so much we have now subscribed x

Excellent app!
Our 2 year old has a very short attention span so this app is perfect for her! She has come on leaps and bounds with her pronunciation! The app is all very fun and draws her in and she loves waking up in the morning and doing her lesson! Can’t wait to continue!

My son start to use this app 12 days ago.In the beginning he was upset because the lessons a very short.But now he understands way and is ok.
We start from level 1 and is a little boring for him, but recording videos is very good and interesting for him.
He nows that every day he need to do a lesson.
The methods a good.
Sound and colours of app are very good.
Practising the pronunciation is very good, a specially when is showing the %.
He learning how to wait for his tarn.
Every lesson is getting more and more interesting.
