I left off one star because it does mess up some key words and that has lead to huge misunderstandings. This is not good for business purposes and causes much stress.
Aside from the occasional incorrect wording, I use this regularly and overall am pleased with the functionality.

No pronunciation or support
Contacted support but did not get a response so I’ve cancelled the subscription- no point paying for something if I can’t get it working

This thing is ridiculous!
I’m fluent in the three languages I tried it on and it was so off and placed random words in the text. I don’t recommend this at all!

Random words appearing mid-sentence usually points to a segmentation bug rather than weak translation accuracy — and with three languages to compare against, you caught something worth having. Our text translation engine was rebuilt for version 5.0 this spring, so the same passage would likely come out very differently today. Send the original examples to support@lingvanex.com and we'll run them through ourselves. If it reads correctly now, we'd be glad if you revisited the rating.

You can use the text translation in the app for free, but we have not indicated anywhere that our other app features will also be available for free. If you find a mention of free use of other translator features in the official source, we will give you a subscription for free. Best regards, customer support.

번역기 총 51개 사용해봤는데
무료로도 이게 더좋고 유료기능도 여기가 더 좋은데
다만 좀 아쉬운게 다 무료였다면 완전 개꿀이였을듯
그래도 지금도 개꿀
총 51개중 이 번역기가 가장 좋습니다.
저는 앞으로도 이번역기만 이용할껍니다.

A dud - Basic features don’t work
I had such great hopes for this app, but after trying it out for only a few days I’ve found several basic features that simply don’t work. Translation itself hangs unless you have an absolutely fantastic network connection. Importing photos for translation flat out fails. For such an expensive service the basic things need to work or else why would you pay for this? I reached out to customer service about the issues and the response was basically “thanks, we’ll let people know this doesn’t work.”
I attempted also to use the desktop app and couldn’t even get it working in a normal install without several communications with customer service. Seems there are a lot of flaws.
