Unexpected Subscription
I was disappointed to find out that my purchase involved a subscription because I didn’t realize that when I placed my order. I only wanted to try the MantraBox first before deciding if I wanted to continue with a subscription. I also hope the app will allow customers to easily cancel their own subscriptions without having to depend on the company to do it for them. I am still trying to ask for the correct link or instructions to stop my subscription, but unfortunately, the responses I have received have not answered my question or helped me resolve the issue. As a new customer who is still learning and exploring the app, having clearer information and more control over subscriptions would make the experience much better. I hope this feedback helps the company continue to improve and grow.

I downloaded the app, I was able to us it a couple of times, then nothing when I logged into the app using my email the word FORBIDDEN would show up just above the login button. I even tried using the website and was getting an error there as well!

did a verification put info in got denied went thru process 3-4 more times btw and still didn’t work i was tryna deposit money and just verify my id

Yea I tried using link to deposit money into this crypto app. signed into everything totally fine. i put my debit card in and social security. then i go to transact and it tells me i fail the verification process.
so i go to support and speak with them for about an hour for them to tell me that i skipped a step in the sign in process and that i am forever barred from transacting crypto on the app. i am now banned from link for transacting crypto after i gave them my info. i never skipped a blank box i signed in EXACTLY the way the app told me to. i even did some extra sign in steps that weren’t necessary. extremely upset with this app never ever trust it.

So I bought something online and a confirmation email appeared in my email, then it just made an account and it registered my card without asking or anything. Super sketchy don’t download this it’s definitely not safe

Something fishy with this app
App keeps force closing after an error message every time after attempting adding new banking associations. Something not right with this, if the app is experiencing issues or down why wouldn’t it give me an error message before i attempt to input my personal banking login information and have that information in online “limbo/outerspace”.

Clean onboarding but virtually no real immediate functionality
Doesn’t really show you its functionality in a way that’s easily accessible or available. I downloaded the app and signed up in an intuitive way but literally have no idea how to connect any apps to it.
