horrible user interface
Endless pop-ups and screens and notifications that are completely unnecessary and remain on the screen, even after you dismissed them from disabling all other buttons on the screen. also, it reroute you to about five different platforms, which could be done on just a single page. Just needless extensions.

Once the marvelous management team at Link Manchester apartments showed me how to set up the account properly and then walked me through the process once, I was sure it was correct. From that point forward, paying rent is the easiest bill to pay! I’m grateful.

Service fees
Service fee is too high considering I only use it to pay my rent and don’t use it for anything else.

The app makes is super easy to make a maintenance request and the team always responds promptly.

So far, the LINK app has been easy and efficient to use, no complaints.
Acts up from time to time
The app works ok here and there. It occasionally logs me out. Sometimes it remembers my log in info sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it now closes itself out in the middle of reading or performing other tasks.
