Unreliable
Honestly, Link On Demand is incredibly unreliable. They often don’t show up at your location, and even when they do, there’s a good chance they’ll drop you off somewhere other than where you actually asked to go. Some of the drivers are also unnecessarily rude, which makes an already frustrating experience even worse.
Saw a guys review say that about 8 times out of 10, they don’t even have a ride available when you need one. I can confirm that is 100% accurate. At that point, it’s honestly quicker to just walk. It’s free, which is nice, but that doesn’t really matter when you can’t depend on the service to actually get you where you need to go.

The free service is really helpful and appreciated! However there are some glitches, like the pick up location is not the address we put in.. It makes us walk to
Some distance and then get in the car.. it’s hard at times especially when I have to go and wait in a spot that I have not accessed..
Also they should have some car seats as backup just because people who have to walk cannot carry it while moving from place to place..

No ride came
I tried to book a ride home from Panorama orthopedics office and was told the driver was on another street that I didn’t recognize and could not see any link vehicle so I ended up not getting a ride and had to wait a long time for a friend to come and pick me up. I sent an email asking how to book a return trip but no response.

Delayed response
Too cumbersome to schedule a ride, too many underage riders using it as private car service. Third time using and alerts are delayed. Not excited about this pickup down the street and troublesome for elderly folks who use walkers. Not available on Sundays or late nights is a massive concern

Great idea, terrible execution
It’s legit faster to walk anywhere than wait for Link. It can sometimes take up to an HOUR to get a ride. My favorite part is how they’ll pick up other people along the way, even if it means backtracking, to cause your 15 minute ride to take over an hour. For example, I waited 45 minutes for a ride to Park Meadows. We were within a mile of the mall when the app made the driver turn around to get another passenger in the same complex I’m in, which was 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back to the mall. All in all my 20 minute trip took over an hour. It’s so slow it’s embarrassing.

Truly don’t even know where to start.
Most of the drivers are always on speaker phone yelling and getting distracted while driving. And although nothing is wrong with it it seems like most of their drivers speak very poor English which makes it really difficult to understand an communicate. The vans are FILTHY. I mean absolutely filthy (FOOD ON THE FLOOR AND SEAT, STAINS ON THE FLOOR, AND THE SMELL IN EVERY VAN). No matter what you book at ride at there is a 8/10 chance you won’t get the ride at the time you scheduled not even close. And the customer service seems to have been trained by little Caesar’s workers because they literally can’t do anything at all. If you call them for a complaint you won’t get a call back like they promise and don’t even bother asking for help because whatever they can do is literally a copy of what you can do on your phone they’re useless. I hate this company so much

Link and its drivers are awesome
We are so grateful to have Link and all of its drivers. My son has taken a few rides from school and each driver he has ridden with has been professional, safely getting him home from school. Thank you!

If you’re in the area that link on the demand is available is an amazing gift. The city is doing. I’m from out of state coming here for a medical reason is really stressful. Trying to figure out how to get to and from doctor. They make it so easy
Been amazing for me.
I am legally blind and live a mile from the bus stop. I love taking public transportation and Link has opened that door for me again by easily getting to either County Line or Mineral light rail stations without taking Uber. Also super helpful to get to different locations around Highlands Ranch.

This app may as well have been designed by a kindergartener. The accuracy of where you are or where you need to go is ALWAYS inaccurate.
Half the time now the app has an “internal server error” during operating hours
The shuttle is a great idea but if guests can’t use or it utilize it for important things like doctors appointments or work then what’s the point?

Via is not listening to the public!
Give us back the ability to see our minutes from being picked up before ordering a ride, I will be given a 8:30 AM pick up at 8:10 AM and the link will be here in like 3 min. Not accurate! Give us the old version back!
