Full of bugs in 2024
Communicating with this app has been extremely difficult lately. I have employees messaging our office line through Linked phone and messages not getting delivered. On one occasion I personally message one of my employees three different times, and neither of the messages got delivered, regardless of the fact that they appeared delivered on my end.
The app worked great until Sprint 2026. Nowadays, it’s just one problem after the order with some people on our team receiving messages and orders not receiving.

Doesn’t work
I was excited to use this app for my small business of 2 people. Unfortunately, you can’t use the texting feature unless you have both a federal EIN PLUS a website. Also, calls were continuously dropped, and I was unable to even answer calls! It seems great but is totally unusable and unfortunately was negatively impacting my business operations so it had to go. Support was responsive but ultimately unable to fix any of the issues. I do not recommend!

Way too many verifications
Would not recommend this app for somebody trying to start a small business they required way too much just to get the number up and running
Hate this app
I signed up, got a number and a day later I was logged out and I tried to log back in and it’s trying to make me pay AGAIN. I called customer service and they said they will look into it and call me back but never calls back but they are trying to charge me when I never got to use the service. This has happened multiple times. Please save your money and find an alternative

I am Not going to add my card to IPhone I just want to pay with a card directly I am 1 person not a team it selected 3 and trying to charge me 39.99 a month I am not paying 40 a month this won’t let me change it or modify it to one person to where it’s $14 a month. It’s trying to force me this app is to pay $40 a month and there’s no one I can call to speak to this whole thing as a scam buyer beware not only is it trying to force me to pay for something that I don’t need scamming me. It won’t let me post. The negative comments the truth the facts.

Worst app ever
I paid my first month’s subscription, opened the app, and it wanted me to renew my subscription. I didn’t even use the damn thing yet.
Best Choice for Additional Number
This is by far the best business line number app available. The recent update made a great program even better.

Calls don’t connect consistently
This app has been nothing but trouble. Trouble connecting calls, trouble with calls dropping, etc. Support is basically nonexistent. If you value your business and your clients, stay far far away

The only thing that bothers me is how it decides to not want to ring sometimes.

Had this app for a while. Everytime something goes wrong with the app or isn’t working, we constantly get told to uninstall the app and reload it. This is the only app that I’ve ever had to do this with. I’ll try to answer some calls and they won’t pick up and get sent to voicemail so I have to call customers back. Sometimes I get notifications and sometimes I don’t. Status on tickets sometimes change and sometimes don’t. I’ve not been happy with this app at all!

You no longer have to carry two phones. I’ve been using it for 3 to 4 years now customer service is awesome as well.

I loved LinkedPhone business number because it’s been tried in true for my business needs communications going on five years. I have zero complaints and all excellence of service.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Great logo too. Easy to use.
New update Not good
The old version of the app was good. Easy to manage. The new layout is all over the place. Not easy to keep track of the calls coming in and what ones were missed. Cant delete call history like before. Its just not a good layout. Would be nice if the AI assistant was able to answer the calls to direct to a specific person, but it is what it is. All in all, still an OK app but the new version that some engineer came up with isnt great. Probably should reevaluate the department heads that came up with this new version.

HORRIBLE RUN FAST FROM THEM
Their system goes down NON STOP you have to literally call your own number a few times a day to make sure it’s working then we you catch it not working you reach out to them they say “minor issue, we will update soon, not affecting things much” what the heck does that mean??? If a business is missing calls then it’s affecting a lot! Wow

LinkedPhone is Good
Since I am a licensed, self employed individual who provides services directly to the public, LinkedPhone has been a very useful app to help maintain the privacy of my home address and private phone number. However, there are some limitations that are not necessarily the fault of Linked Phone. For example, I cannot add it to my Zelle account and some phone numbers do not allow their customers to receive my texts, but thankfully, the majority do. Another good feature is that Linked Phone provides good customer service.
