Do not use iplum
I was using iplum for 6 years. If you need any assistance there is no one to. The only way to communicate of get any help is via email and they take all day to respond. This company is constantly trying spam you to upgrade your plan by threatening to cut off your business number. I would never recommend putting your trust in this company under any circumstances. Find a different way to facilitate your business.

BEWARE IPLUM’S SERVICES
BEWARE IPLUM’S SERVICES. Despite consulting with iPlum’s customer service, I have never been able to align my business name with the actual caller ID. This is despite entering my info correctly into the iPlum system and signing up with their recommended business reference sites.
Whenever I call a client from my iPlum line, my client’s caller ID line is either blank or reads "xxxx for Senate." Nothing has resolved this. It is untenable. I will cancel my iPlum contract when I identify a reliable phone system provider that easily ensures that my phone line correct caller ID provides an accurate caller ID. This is a significant professional hardship, as a change in my phone number requires revising all of my marketing materials and notifying my existing clients. AGAIN, BEWARE IPLUM’S SERVICES.

I plum is a great app and has made running my business effortless.
Not worth the hassle
Service was mediocre at best. Paid for a year up front. I only used for a few days. Pretty sure I canceled my service. A year later I was charged for another year. Reached out to and was told they would not refund they are a small business and it is in the contract. Fine I don’t have the energy to fight it’s not worth it. It’s canceled my account. Another year goes by and I am charged again. Remembering that they would not refund last year I contacted my credit card provider. The company said. I didn’t cancel correctly. The app showed my account is disabled. Now it is on me to prove that I canceled my account.
