Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for noticing the privacy stance. Everything staying on your device and in your own iCloud account is the whole point of LinkFindr, so it means a lot that it comes across that way. You're right about iCloud sync, and the fault is ours: the app shipped without the iCloud capability it needs, so sync could never actually switch on, while Settings unhelpfully claimed it was active. That's being corrected in the 2.3 update, and exactly as you suggest it will be a real toggle you control, off by default, with an honest status line that tells you whether it's connected rather than assuming it is. If you prefer LinkFindr to stay entirely on-device, that will remain a fully supported way to use it. A Mac companion is genuinely on the list, it's the request we hear most. I can't promise a date yet, but it's not being ignored. Thanks again for taking the time to write this up. It's the kind of feedback that makes the app better.

What I love most is how effortless it feels. You don’t have to sit there organising everything manually or overthink it (which I do). You save something and it just knows what to do with it. It actually makes you want to save things properly because you know you’ll be able to find them again.
The way it brings everything together is so satisfying as well. Being able to search for something and actually find it instantly, even if you saved it ages ago, makes such a difference. It feels like your brain has been decluttered.
If you’re someone who saves links, ideas, inspiration, work stuff, anything like that, this just makes your life easier without you even noticing it at first. It’s one of those apps you didn’t realise you needed until you have it.
