App doesn’t work on my iPhone
Major fail. Works fine on my MacBook and other devices.

I am sorry but we do not offer a MacBook or website version of our app at the moment, so I’d ask you to check that you’re subscribed correctly to LinkIn.Page. You can do so after the free trial expires. Also, when logging in the app please make sure to grant all requested permissions to our app, including access to Instagram and Facebook pages. This is required, as LinkIn.Page is a professional tool that only works with Instagram Business and Creator accounts, and not regular private accounts. As such your IG account must be an IG Professional account, which requires creating and linking a Facebook Page. Please find out more about Instagram Professional accounts on the official Instagram documentation!
