Network error
Okay so, whenever I try to register an account, it says that the network is unavailable, but i have a stable network. I’ve been trying to fix the date and time on my watch…how do I fix this?
Does not allow to connect
I would give 0 starts but I can’t. Everything I follow the prompts to connect the app it says network problem little try again later. I couldn’t expect much for a $25 sports watch on Amazon but I will be returning. Directions are terrible for set up. Phones Bluetooth and WiFi are on and still can’t connect also allowed each permission

Doesn’t export data measurements to Apple Health app
It only can READ APPLE HEALTH INFOS in the app. Those infos are already there, exported and saved by maybe another application or an Apple Watch directly in the health app. But it cannot SHARE or ADD ITS OWN MEASUREMENTS FROM ITS SMART WATCH TO BE IN THE APPLE HEALTH APPLICATION. Otherwise, very good app and when used with its smart watch it works very well!! Measurements of Heart Rate , BP,... are quite accurate.
Only problem: You can’t get the results transferred automatically to the Apple Health application!
Only done manually by checking regularly the results from this app and go copy those results in your Apple Health app.
Other than that, everything else works great. Please add the feature! Thanks

Many functions not working and buggy
I use with TICWRIS GTS weekly temperature graphs are incorrect blood pressure and blood oxygen logging don’t work....

Does not work!!
The QR code is invalid. You can’t even set an alarm. It’s defaulted to 1am alarm, what’s the point. So now have a watch that I can’t do much with! No calls or text alerts! Have given up with it, and now the battle begins to send the watch back

I like my watch except how do I to set it for am/pm. Also how do I change the local temperature to Fahrenheit? Are there any other watchbands available? Lastly why do I get some messages in Chinese? Also not fond of all the updates.

No temperature conversion from Celsius to Fahrenheit it’s weird especially in these times. There is no body temp. Monitoring even when there is a setting on the app, the app is worthless and takes away from how good this watch is, my honest option do not buy

It’s nice but it has issues
I LOVE the watch. I think it looks really clean, sleek, and on trend. I work in the food industry so it hold up really nicely. It’s pretty comfortable as I sleep in in most nights and keep it on for days. BUT the constant need to update is really annoying. And if you don’t update the app, it won’t sync to the watch properly so it won’t show your notifications. It seems like almost every other day you have to update it. For $45 the watch itself is really nice, but the app is just not convenient. I would also like to not I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I have noticed a lot of people saying it won’t work with iPhone 11s. My boyfriend bought one for his sister (who is 11) and she absolutely loves it [She has an Android] Either way, if you don’t mind to update regularly, this may be a good fit for you!

Every time I scan the wrong code I get an error message. I have an iPhone 11 and running the newest software, I don’t get it? What’s going on?
Android version works with ticwris gts but Apple version just locks up, very frustrating.
Got a ticwris gts but the software locks up and never syncs on apple. My android it is working fine though.

I think they must have fixed the problem people were having. I’ve just downloaded the app and synced my phone to the watch with no problems. Very quick, very easy.
