Unavoidable Fees for Families
Very unhappy. This app traps the school into being the only option for school lunch payment and then requires fees for submitting payments with no options to avoid fees. Horrible business. We will be sending lunchbox from now on.
Web and app don’t work
Honestly the worst app and website I’ve had to deal with.
Persistent Login Please
Re-authenticating every day defeats the purpose of having an app. At least allow password managers so we don’t have to manually enter our login every time. Just use the website.
Required App
In the past I would go to the website on the my phone and put money into my kids account and pay LINQ their cut/fee. But now they do not allow me to continue on the website on mobile forcing me on the app or having to open the desktop version.
Could be great
If this year it stopped asking me to authorize the app to link my account every single time I open it. I’ve been using this app for years. It also forces me to request a log in link to my email which is a dead end because once I “accept” that I can close out and get into my account.

Charged almost $3.00 to put $5.00 on my daughter account! So I will not be using anymore. I’ll just send her in with cash
When it works…
When it works, it’s great. I have seen a huge improvement since it was first introduced at our school. However, randomly the menu was just gone. 0% a fan of that.
Frequent Sign Ins
Why do I have go frequently sign in? I am often trying to check my kids’ lunch menus and it feels like I’m having to sign in often even to this small thing. It’s honestly, very annoying!

It won’t let you add district so basically it won’t give you any information because no student and district have been added

I don’t know how many times I’ve setup autopay and thought it was there. NEVER works, ever.

Trying to login to show my kid what’s for school lunch but when logging in it says “Luna connect wants to use lynq.com to Sign in. And then it returns me to the logon screen with no errors . Please fix.

Crashes often or won’t load
New update is worse
Please fix the app, I go to try to sign in but it just blanks out. This is worse; at least before it was just a little slow. Now, it doesn’t even load or let you login. It’s become useless.
What this app needs
This app needs the dollar amount next the each “menu item.”

It’s nice to add funds immediately if you forget but the fees are excessive and the more money you add the higher the fees (a set rate.) Not a fan
