It doesn’t sync or update in real time so much of lag I uninstalled
Controls System Volume
The app, whenever opened and then closed, reduces the system volume or rather the audio volume drastically for about a minute. Why are you controlling the overall media volume like this whenever I open and close the app and Music is playing in background? This is terrible control and bad UX.
Can’t change scale of the graph view
The graph view shows from 0 to 360. For someone who is trying to track their blood sugar in the normal range the line barely moves and I need to click on the line to see the point value at a given time.
The graph view should adjust (expand) to the values or we should be able to set the visibility range manually.

Great application
Overall good application based on other Application the market however giving some feedback to implement better alert sound and showing glucose on the notification with allowing user to snooze it for 5,10,15 mins. Kindly make these changes as these are very much needed

Extremely inaccurate CGM readings
I’ve been using this Weitai CGM for a while and the readings are extremely inaccurate. When I compare it with my fingerstick glucometer at the same time, the numbers are often off by several mmol/L. With this level of error, the data is basically useless for real blood glucose management. Accuracy is the most basic requirement for a CGM. Right now the gap is so large that I don’t feel safe adjusting food or medication based on these readings. I really hope the company focuses on fixing the core accuracy issue instead of just the interface and marketing. In its current state, I cannot recommend this CGM.

Works Great! Widgets would make it perfect.
The LinX Cgm has been a game changer in managing my blood glucose.
However there is no way to get a quick glance on the home screen or lock screen to see my current readings. It would be great if we could have some homescreen and lockscreen widgets. This would make life so so easier.

Need improvements
Works as intended. Would be great if widgets can be added on home screen as well Lock Screen for a quick glance at current glucose levels.
Could be better
Cheaper than freestyle libre and Dexcom. Very thin. I put it on my abdomen and it stayed attached on my skin for the full 15 days. Frequent signal loss even if I followed to the letter the instructions in the guide. I had to do calibrations a few times with my keto mojo meter because the results of the LinX CGM were not reliable. I had a hard time to add what I ate in the event tab. What I hated the most is that I can’t reach support. I tried a few times the email that is on the internet page of the LinX cgm and it doesn’t work. I won’t be buying any other cgm from that company.

Bad Customer Service for International app users
During the app Test Flight Beta Mode; the product was marketed as AiDEX2. After updated to version 1.5(post Test Flight), AiDEX sensor won’t connect to the app. Became useless. Not responding to numerous email/developer site nor the AliExpress International app seller.
