Why Make It Worse?
To avoid redundancy I’ll not parrot the other complaints. His is junk and pretty much useless to me. My batteries seem to be working fine, but I have so little data to work with. Come on guys. Help us out.
Pretty worthless app
The app was pretty bad, but has become even worse with the recent update. The gave it a fancy animation picture (that I can't imagine anyone actually wants to see), and reduced the utility and functionality of it. The graphs show data that doesn't even make sense (used to show more meaningful data). We've lost the ability to control any of the battery settings (can't even set percentages to let the batteries go to anymore). Can't set any time of use settings.
So now it's an app where the graph data is nearly worthless and you can't even do anything in it. Light-years behind Tesla Powerwall app, Anker, Ecoflow, Jackery, etc.
Hardware has been fine, but the app is just so, so bad. Any Jr high student with access to Claude could develop a better app over the weekend - so hopefully it improves.

Stopped working
Stopped working. Won’t connect after update.
New app sucks
The batteries are great, we have 6 of the 1300s.
The app was OK but it disconnected a lot so I had to go manually push the button on the battery to reconnect, which is very inconvenient.
The app is completely different this morning, and quite frankly it SUCKS! There was no reason to change

Just crashes.
You can open the app and see the batteries that have been added. Click on any one of them and app simply crashes. Please fix.
