Lion Block blocks distracting apps for real. Not a reminder, not a nudge, not
a screen you can swipe past. The app opens, the lion is there, and you move on
with your day.
Two ways to block:
Hold to block. Press and hold, and every app on your distraction list is shut
until you lift it. Reversible any time. This is the everyday one.
Hard block. Pick a length on the dial and commit. It cannot be ended early, so
the decision is made once, by the version of you that was thinking clearly.
Schedules run it for you. Set 9am to 3pm on weekdays and the shield goes up on
its own, whether or not you open the app.
Daily limits cap how long an app gets. Cross the limit and it stays blocked
until midnight.

Guard. Hold to shield your distraction list, lift it whenever you want. This is the everyday one.
Lockdown. Pick a length and commit. It cannot be ended early, so the decision is made once, by the version of you that was thinking clearly.

Lion Points reward the day, not the shield. Finish under your daily limit and the day scores. Finish under half of it, or never open those apps at all, and it scores more. Days in a row add a bonus. Time spent behind a shield earns nothing, because holding a block on apps you never open is not healthier, only longer.
Spend points in the Shop on themes that recolour the whole app and its icon on your home screen. More rewards are on the way.
See where your time actually went today, app by app, right on the home screen.
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign up, no analytics, no screen time data sent anywhere. LionBlock uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which is the only way an iPhone app can block another app.
