Unusable
The desktop format is so great but the app is absolutely unusable. Please improve this!
Needs a lot of work
As an agent on the go, I need a CRM that can keep up. This app is not responsive and lacks features. It seems to have been abandoned.
Unimpressed
There are so many delays you can’t hit the back button very slow. It looks like your texts aren’t sending and then when you hit refresh, it sent the same text five different times very unprofessional.

This app has potential. I am new to LionDesk and am (so far) liking the online CRM. The app has weak to zero response when clicking on navigation at top. It doesn’t sync the contacts to the work I’ve done on my computer. If I delete a contact on the app…well I will let you know if they ever actually end up disappearing after deleted. I’m really surprised that something this glitchy made it to app launch….😕 hope it improves because have mobile access is pretty much a nonnegotiable item for a REALTOR 😬🤞

Please Update
The app is cumbersome and only effective enough to make you wish it worked better. The app is buggy and difficult to manipulate. When one is patient enough, and willing to ignore random sign outs as well as the 2,3 or 4 taps necessary for some commands to respond, the app shows good potential. The frame work seems to be there. Perhaps a deep dive update will get this app over the hump from disappointingly mediocre to consistently effective.

Cell phone app
I've repeatedly tried to login through the mobile app and it keeps saying UNABLE TO LOG IN
Needs improvement
So I looked up my contacts and their phone numbers aren’t even showing in the app. I added one phone number and clicked “update” as there is no save button. Went back to the person in contact list and still no phone number. To make matters worse, when I click on her, her name isn’t even there. And nothing saves when I update it. I have even more complaints but this is the biggest one. Hoping Liondesk can step it up.

Calendar?
Where is the calendar? No calendar in a contact management app? So I put this person in and then I talk to them and then I schedule an appointment? Seemed to have focused on a lot of extras and forgot the basics

Horrible app. Does not sync with desktop and it seems Liondesk does not care. Such a waste of system. Get with it LD! Listen to your customers.
The app has potential
The app has potential but lacks in so many areas. With many being on the go and using their smart phones often (mini computers) what the app offers in comparison to the desk top version is unimpressive. There are simple stuff improvements developers can make such as ensuring the contacts are the same as what is displayed on the desktop. I have contacts in the app that I deleted using the desktop but are still listed in the app. I even tried deleting them in the app and they remain.

Total Scam Beware
After requesting a cancellation, they billed my account again and refused to issue any credit. Be very careful in dealing with these people.

App needs to match greatness online
The app is in no way a comparison to the great online LionDesk! It should just be taken down until it can operate as fluidly as the online version.
Why can’t the online versions just auto adjust to mobile devices?

Can’t use the app, desktop updates below standard
When I try to open the app it just gives me a blank white screen so the app is useless to me. The desktop version was great, easy to use and had some cool features but the most recent version leaves much to be desired and is below standard. Switching right away
Just about the worst app I’ve ever used
This is complete trash. Nothing works on this app. The web version is also TERRIBLE to work with on mobile. LIONDESK NEEDS a mobile solution if they are ever to compete with other CRMs.

Lack of functionality
Unresponsive and lack of many functional tools like templates for texting... Lion Desk neither have AST (Atlantic Standard Time) and Puerto Rico as part of the EEUU choices in the address fields.....
This App Is Trash Can Worthy
I use the CRM on my desktop and it’s wonderful. But you can tell how the developers and owners really feel about this app and their customers. Reading the reviews from a year ago and the same issues still exist. I’m unable to log into the app so I can work my CRM remotely.
This app is worthless and doesn’t even serve a purpose to be downloaded the developers should be ashamed. You see the complaints and you make no efforts to change. We should take our money elsewhere to a company that hears our complaints and actually take action!
