Interesting product, unusable app
My phone is one of the smaller models, and marking timestamps is impossible with this app. The UI physically does not fit on my screen. It’s so frustrating that I want to return the product entirely. There’s no point to this product if its app does not work
Waste of money
The size is bad. My wife doesn’t like the material. It doesn’t vibrate on the inside. There are plenty of others that don’t cost as much and gets the job done.
Toy is lovely, but the app keeps closing randomly
I recently brought myself this toy and app. The toy still works great. But I went into the data tab on the app, and wanted to delete some sessions. But when I hit ‘yes’ to delete a session, the app would just close….I have done everything in terms of checking for iPad updates, deleting/redownloading the app, it would still crash. I have reached out to tech support and I sent them the crash report etc. They’re still working on it. I’m writing because if you are experiencing similar problems, please reach out to their customer service, send them the crash report etc. I have also noticed their user manual for the app is from 2018 they need to update this manual since the app has changed a bit since then. And do a better job on explaining what the graph means in the manual. I still love the vibrator, just hoping the app malfunctioning can be resolved.

Great idea, but the app sucks
The app will rarely connect even though my bluetooth setting says it’s connected. Nothing is more off putting than sitting there trying to connect for 20 minutes. By then I’m frustrated and not even in the mood anymore. I feel like I paid a lot for this to just almost never work, and the vibrator itself only has 3 settings without the app.

It's a great app. Had trouble with partner play but got that to work (the partner needs to put in the code on the login page). Also love the education and scientific studies you can potentially join.
alright
just got and tried, was excited to be able to get data but so far a bit disappointed with what you get for the price. app seems lazy and poorly made, doesn’t offer any interpretations or info, gives no explanation of gF, etc.
Journaling
Noticed when journaling the save/cancel Buttons are too far up making them difficult to press and save! The save button was overlapping with my battery icon and difficult to see. Moving it to the bottom of the text box and allowing for the keyboard to collapse would be great :)

Syncing issues
Sometimes I will record a session in the live view and then end session and the app just crashes and makes it seem like that session I had never happened or exists. It’s a little frustrating. It’s nice when it works though.

Has there ever been a vibrator where you could adjust the vibration intensity and *set* it that way to use at your leisure without being in the app? I think not. It’s been really informative for me, to document my O and then turn on the view where I can see the heat sensor, to verify I wasn’t off the mark, or why I was “hotter” at different times.
When my vibe crashed one night I was able to get the problem corrected within the next day with customer support. Thanks Kate!
It’s been awhile now that women have been celebrated for being “sexy”. It’s about time we make our pleasure authentic for us, and now we have something where it really isn’t to our benefit to put on a show for a guy, unless the show includes real orgasms. The app is necessary for this toy, there’s no way around it, and my advice for anyone new would be to go straight into Oasis and figure out what vibration level you like most. Get another device nearby, like use your phone and have another screen to watch something or somehow entertain yourself besides watching your vagine squeeze on this object lol. Look at the app only when you need to adjust the vibration while in Oasis, unless it’s your partner looking at the thing or something. I’m sure that could be a thrill. Anyway, once you figure out what settings work best for you this vibe is much easier to work with because then all you need to figure out is how much pressure from the little nub thingy or what position to be in. This is all helpful info for gals that want to work with the Lioness herself, versus turning vibration off and using another toy, and just recording data.
This is the longest review I’ve ever written in the App Store but I really want to give credit where credit is due because for once I can sense all the effort and energy that went into the creation of a product specifically with women in mind. Men are being *considered*, but this is really about women’s pleasure, and for that, I’m super grateful for this product and this company.

The syncing bug is annoying.
The vibrator is fine but syncing data of none live sessions is almost a challenge. The app constantly claims to not be connected to the vibrator, even though the phone shows it is. I believe the problem is in the app because it stops syncing, claims it disconnected but when I hit sync again it IS connected. It’s super annoying, once that bug gets fixed I think the overall app experience will be better. ✊🏽

Regretting purchase
After the latest firmware that forced my vibrator to not work as a vibrator until the update was completed, it has now stopped working twice for me mid session.

Amazing Product & App!
I just received my vibe today and could not wait to give it a try! It did not take much time or effort to connect it to the app and seeing my Os is so fascinating. I have had no issues with the app & I'm excited to gather more data! The vibe is incredible. Love that I can modify the vibration setting intensities from the app. This is really going to help me understand my Os so much better. I don’t understand why there are some bad reviews, everything functions perfectly!

This is a cool idea with poor execution. There is no customer service, the gadget does not work, the online troubleshooting and support information is unhelpful, and they cannot be reached! Do NOT waste your money. Does not work reliably. I’m sad to leave this but this company needs to stand behind its product. Which it doesn’t. Do. Not. Buy.

I’m SO EXCITED! This is literally the best purchase I’ve ever made for myself! I don’t have a lot of data to give an accurate review yet but I cannot wait to see more info and changes over time! I’m such a huge nerd and this is basically the best science experiment ever 😂

The lioness staff and customer service is not great.
The app works sometimes-
My device has broken twice now and trying to get someone to help me has been a nightmare.
Too much $$$ for the product to break twice in just a year. They did “fix” it the first time but it broke again shortly after. Customer service is everything -

Issues with live control
When I try to use live control, the device reverts to -5% power, no matter where I place the slider and no matter which button I press. How do I fix this issue?
