This app is absolutely trash, doesn’t display as it should, missing error message. Really an embarrassment considering it would take about 3 days with AI to build something better.

Had to download this useless app that appears to have been made by a very unqualified group of programmers because the only way I’m allowed to view my ticket is by adding it to my Apple Wallet but every time I try to add it, it gives me an error saying “Your pass could not be added to wallet at this time. Try again later.”
What a ridiculous system you guys have setup. Buying a ticket for a soccer match should not be this difficult. Absolutely pathetic.

Awful!
This app crashes every time I try to log in. I really hope I can access my tickets before the 3/1 Inter Miami game.
Needs UI Improvements
The app does what it needs to do for accessing tickets, buying tickets, selling tickets. But that’s not even a lot because it essentially works through “browser” and the Ticketmaster interface. Ticketmaster does all the work in regard to ticket access.
As a fan of Orlando City and a season ticket holder, I would like to interact with the app more for team news, updates, giveaways, articles, content etc. The app has it but it’s just so damn dull. Boring.
Yea, my complaints are superficial but it feels like reading the newspaper. This is compared to interacting on other team apps like Manchester City’s, Barcelona, Inter Miami or even MLS’s app. It’s just boring and uninteresting. I often want to open the app to look around and see what’s new with the club or even app features/updates…. I get nothing. Overhaul the UI. Refresh it. Make it pop.

No access to my tickets
Poor or no integration with Ticketmaster as claimed. This limits your access to your tickets and the ability to exchange or resell the tickets if you’re not able to make the game
Loyalty program not working
Ok app but the loyalty section never works. I have plenty points to redeem but all products/experiences are grayed out and I can not click on them…. Annoying!

Great features
Love using the app! Super easy to redeem rewards, and I always find the latest team news right away. It’s well maintained and runs smoothly. Ticketmaster can be a little slow sometimes, but it still works fine for me. Overall, it’s a great app for any Orlando City fan!

Bad app terrible service
App does not work and when you call OCS they do not answer nor respond to either phone calls or emails. Love the matches but the service is bad and I’ve been a season ticket holder for 4 yrs

My appoints haven’t updated at all this season and I have gotten no credit for logging in every day.
Broken Garbage
I was trying to browse the rewards but the app won’t scroll the rewards up. I can see a second row but can’t read the descriptions. I forced quit the app and tried again. For a moment, it worked and then just stopped. Multiple forced quits later and still can’t get it to scroll the list. What’s worse is that they seem to have killed the website that you used before the app. So no real way to browse rewards despite all the points I have.

Many issues
This app doesn't refresh the content as I am hoping for. I shouldn't have logged tickets twice for it. There is a huge performance drop when you try to scroll some tabs. Did you ever have a quality assurance team to test this app?
App is broken
App does nothing. Can’t log in to see season tickets. Just sticks at loading.
Doesn’t stop loading
Recently bought season tickets and the loading screen for registering, does not stop. It’s annoying because the only place to register is through the app. Hopefully they fix this fast

Tried creating an account to access tickets that were transferred to me.
Unfortunately I waited about 15 minutes while the app was “loading” on my home wi-fi. Deleted the app and logged into my ticket master account instead to access the tickets.
Please remove this app, it’s simply a brick.
