Severely lacking in features
This app along with their website looks and functions like something from last century. It lacks so many features I've become accustomed to like turning the card off or creating temporary cards. I can't even see my debit card number, expiry and security code. There's no option for notifications when my card is charged. I can't link this card to other apps like cash app. It doesn't work well with budgeting apps. It's very difficult to look up policies. I could go on and on. I'm surprised it works with apple pay!
There's a couple redeeming features of banking with Lion's Share... Being able to simply text a real, normal, English speaking human on demand for help is incredible. It's like texting a friend. Also the overdraft policy is much more forgiving than most other banks.
I can only hope that they can provide competitive loans when it comes time for me to get a car or house. Otherwise I'll bank elsewhere.

Needs an update
This app does not work as well as the previous app. Completing transfers takes longer . The app often closes as soon as it’s opened

The app keeps closing out by itself, needs some improvements
Worst website EVER
The website before this one was much better. I continually have to delete the app and re install it because the screens just keep spinning for hours and never gets me to where I need to go. Terrible experience!!!
