他媒体からの流入を少なくするように店にて半強制ダウンロード。次以降ここから予約を取るように指示され使用
全体的にもっさりしてるのは仕方ないとして、
予約を取る際に店を選択してから直接取れない
メニューの配列も1番多いであろうカット単体やカットパーマなどが下までスクロールしないと出てこない仕様
ここまでネガティブキャンペーンになる自社アプリも中々無い

ナイスリニューアル！

ポイントの引き継ぎが出来ないとコメントされてる方が多くいて驚きました。ちゃんと事前に店舗でポイント引き継ぎますよとアナウンスあったのに。自分のミスジャッジで点数下げられるのは店舗スタッフも可哀想ですね。

それにしても今回はお気に入り店舗もデザイナーも登録出来て予約しやすくて最高！自己満足のアプリが多い中、こういう顧客目線個人的には好きだなぁ。

アップデートしたらスタンプなくなったって人が結構いるんですが、店舗に行ったらちゃんと今までの数戻して貰えましたよ！

スタンプが消えた

最悪なアプリです。アプリリニューアルに伴い、それまで貯めていたスタンプが全部消えてしまいました。
たしかにアプリ自体は見やすくなりましたが、それまでのスタンプ移行の配慮はできていたのでしょうか。
最悪なユーザー体験です。
