Not very useful
If you try to use a photo from your library, it does not matter how you scale it. It always zooms to the top left.

Lip smash is the best app I have so far and if u don't have it then I highly suggest it for u

I found my friends hilarious. I downloaded but everytime it comes to adding the lips it zooms right in on the pic :(
Lipsmash
I have the "4th Gen" iPad and the app is unusable. After loading the original photo then centering and zooming it there is no effect on how the picture comes up. It comes up, for the addition of the lips, zoomed way in and can't be zoomed out so no way to adjust so you can place the lips over the original photos lips.
