Пишет что неправильный формат номера

Не работает!!!!!!

Приложение не работает: чтобы зарегистрироваться требуется номер телефона. Код страны уже присутствует, значит в номере должно быть на одну цифру меньше, но приложение требует указать номер полностью. В результате, их сообщения не доходят! Пример рос. номер: правильный формат в приложении не проходит +7962 ХХХ ХХ ХХ ; приложение просит ещё одну цифру: +7 8 962 ХХХ ХХ ХХ --- сообщения не получаешь. Пробовала с русским и французским номером - та же ошибка.

Une fois l’indicatif du pays choisi, en France +33. L’application attend 10 chiffres, alors qu’en France il n’y en a que 9 (puisqu’il faut supprimer le 0)
