Awful Support
Some of the worst customer support I have ever seen in an app. They will cancel your order, take your money, and not respond to you or give you a refund.
Yep cancelled order last minute
Like others have said, takes orders giving a fake ETA then cancels your order last minute. In my case this was late at night, so I could no longer order from some else.
Tracking not accurate
Unfortunately their tracking doesn’t seem to work at all
Pointless
Like all alcohol delivery services they’ll bring alcohol when the pubs are open but don’t deliver when the pubs are closed. What is the point in this service if you don’t deliver when people actually want alcohol?
Pathetic selection
No premix bourbon or whiskey cans at all. No mainstream beers. No jimmy, no jacks, no great northern, not even drys.
