Extremely difficult to cancel subscription
This app makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Note: I am tech savvy / I work in tech so it’s not a skill gap. They make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription. I contacted them directly through the app and the response times are ridiculous. Two months later, I’m still getting charged for the subscription.

Skin tone Bias
I have used this app for years to make wedding photos and future baby photos. Never had a problem getting brown babies. Now the same photos that I’ve always used, only get me a white baby and the baby looks the same over and over. The white baby looks nothing like me who is brown skinned and the other person is dark brown skinned. It also has none of our features. This is so disappointing. I tried to get a refund and got no help because they said I hid my email address via Apple relay and I see nowhere to get the relay address. I got scammed out of money twice now. If you’re a poc, just don’t use this app. It’s not made for us. It’s made for white people.
