App fails to load on iPhone 13 mini

Not very user friendly.
I understand it says "not verified for macOS" and that it was designed for iPad, so I'm just confirming here that this app is indeed terrible for a desktop/laptop. Won't download files, and the whole organization of the app just feels cumbersome and hard to locate what I'm suppopsed to be looking for. I have to go back and forth from my phone to download files and transfer them over to my computer to work on them, and then transfer them back to my phone to upload or send. I sincerely regret that I have to do business with people who are using Liscio PRO for now.

Horrible user experience
UI & UX are the worst I have ever seen. App is slow and difficult to navigate. And CPA using this must not care about their clients…in my opinion.

Forced download
I did not appreciate logging in and then being forced to download the app in order to continue. I should have the option to decide if I want to download or not!
App needs full iPad support
I appreciate having a mobile app for Liscio, but this app really needs full screen iPad support. This isn’t just a simple media consumption app. Please look into making this app far more useful for iPad users, it would make a world of difference for those who spend any significant amount of time using the app.

Terrible mobile user experience
When you open the site in a mobile web browser a pop-up appears to download the app and you’re forced to do it! There’s no way to move the pop-up, even after downloading. My vendor created a message and task list and the mobile site doesn’t support the request to upload the documents. 0 for 2 on user experience…will try the full desktop site next but I’m not impressed thus far.

Liscio interrupts my opening of their site on my browser using my latest gen iPad Pro and makes me use this instead (the browser looked fine). I am sorry that the middle school programming class ended before submission. Unusable. Suitable for iphone? Severely constricted page view with truncation. I can’t find an alternate version for ipad.

Locked in profile mode
For iPad users, you are locked in profile mode. Make it work in landscape and you might have a solid app.

It is nearly impossible to read anything in this app on an iPhone. Why on earth do you not have adjustable type????
