Overall its decent delivery app with broad amount of goods, but fees are incredible. I have never seen in my life such amount of fees:
Service fee, PURCHASE SERVICE FEE, winter fee, package fee, delivery price.
So for order of 50PLN you’ll get 20PLN bill on top of it. Which is much higher then in other apps

This is by far the best app in Poland 🙌🏽 so fast and variety of things to buy. I recommend this so much

Please, add feature where clients can see where the courier is coming in the map. Not only estimated time of arrival. Thank you

Have few bugs, but overall good
Good bad
All is good until you order late or on a Sunday. You pay for priority and after two hours nobody even picked up your order. Why give priority option, for which I need to pay if you know nobody will deliver.

Really good app but I wish that I could see my courier’s location.

There are a lot of annoying notifications and it’s not possible to turn them off.

Ta aplikacja istnieje od lat, a mimo to nadal nie mogę anulować zamówienia. Moim zdaniem jest to podstawowe wymaganie.

Awesome app and super convenient
Czas dostawy jest wiecznie przeklamany.
Zaczyna sie od 40min zamiast 20, a po godzinie zamraza sie na “15min od Ciebie” notorycznie. Przestaje uzywac po tej dostawie bo jest to kompletna strata czasu. Inne sklepy mowia uczciwie jak dlugo zajmie dowoz zamiast nabierac klientow w balona!

Good service, terrible app
App is clunky, products in wrong categories. The translation is made by someone's cousin, since Ggle Translate would do a much better job (zapiekanka is not "a casserolle", there is no such thing as "sure full" and "delicatessen" is not what you think it is, grammar is a thing. Highschoolers have a better grasp of English. All the promos and deals are in Polish only.

Doesn't work
I tried ordering groceries with the welcome coupon, then it said that it was already used for my address (maybe by my flatmate, disappointing, but fair enough). So it took the coupon back, but when I tap "order", nothing happens.
Additionally: first message I saw after registering was an error message that disappeared faster than I could read it.

App is fine, but service terrible
It has never been 10 minutes for me, it get closer to 100 minutes more often.
On regular day it take more than 30 min to deliver, on Sunday 1,5h at least.
I love the concept, app works very fine but overall experience is way below even basic satisfaction.

Clock from another dimension
They have different clock that work in another dimension. When you order your groceries and they inform you that there is 30 min delay it’s fair, but when the clock jumping from 30 min to 50 min it’s totally not ok. If you knew it’s 50 you could go to your local groceries.
