The only thing it tests is your patience

What a crock of dump. The only results you get are red orange or blue. Lead, e-coil, mercury, all of this and more it says on the box. More information in the app it says. Well the only info is red orange or blue. That is what you will get. And the same cup of water will test different every time. I want it to test my hopes and dreams but they always come back red.

Save your money

Total waste of money even though I got it on sale.

I should of read the reviews

I saw it on sale in my local CVS and thought what a great idea! But like so many I quickly learned it does not work. And as I read what it’s does do it really doesn’t. It does not tell you what it is detecting in the water. Which was my whole purpose in buying. Companies like this are what is ruining the market. I would not recommend.

Mostly fake/scam

Saw this at a CVS, thought it was cool, so I bought it. I went home and tested my tap water, which the device gave a score of ‘100’ with no amplifying information. I spit into the water, rescanned it, and got a new score of ‘18’. But still no amplifying information. Nothing telling me what was wrong, which the box for the device claims it does.

I wasted $20.

Scam

The device doesn’t work and I believe this is a scam.

This is a scam

Who will returnt the $20 charged for this useless device?

A for technology…

A for technology. D for customer focus. It should have been clear that you don't have to contact the water. "No need to touch the water!"
Something like that on the outside of the box would have done wonders.
I expected to dunk the thing into a glass of water. From the reviews I've read, I'm not the only one who felt that way.
Let's face it; you name something TestDrop+; people are going to expect to drop it into the water.. it being a water tester and all.
It works from my tests, but I can't see how reviews will trend to positive because the entire explanation of the process is confusing.

Fraud

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This app does not test for lead, E. coli or anything. In fact it doesn’t even touch the water. Shonda.

Nope didnt work

Didn’t work for me! Don’t recommend. It’s confusing and it didn’t work.

Terrible product.

I spent $20 on the device and after fiddling with this app for 15 minutes, I got it to work to say my water was a score of 100. That’s it! No other info about all the stuff listed on the side of the box. What an absolute waste… say no to this device and this app!!

connection

won’t connect for the life of me, it’s terrible

App crashes in 11.4.1 on X hw platform.

I have a X running 11.4.1. Couple of things need to be fixed. The version in the App Store crashes and closes after approximately 3 min of up time. In addition, the UI has the device hanging off of the main page where by making the S/N unreadable and the device un-selectable. There is also no way I have found with this version to delete history. Also, selecting the history makes the app crash out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times thinking 11.4.1 may be the issue. To no avail. Please fix. This would be great once the app/UI is useable. Oh. And the constant connect/disconnect with respect to the Bluetooth connectivity causes the app to crash and close as well.
