System deleted my lists and could not alphabetize the items in a list
Everything is gone
I once would have given listmaster 5 stars. But my iPhone auto-updated Listmaster to Infinity Lists and all my data disappeared. Years of entering information for home life and work… gone in a flash. Their product support is garbage.

I absolutely love this app. I am not great with excel so this app has been wonderful and super easy to navigate. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to keep track of anything. You want be disappointed!
The ultimate organization tool
The Infinity Lists /List Master app is integral to my life, and near perfection for anyone who lives by shopping lists, checklists, and data files. This is a powerful tool for organization and the perfect method to avoid forgetting items. I use this app likely 20 or more times a day and it has a prominent location on my home screen due to its importance to my life.
I use this app for multiple shopping lists(a separate list for every merchant), checklists for items bring on vacation, for camping, or any event that I need to remember items to bring with me or to complete prior to departure, lists of passwords(protected with the security lock), lists of model numbers of items I own for quick access when needed for ordering supplies or working a customer service issue, to-do lists, lists of items I’m giving or want to give for holidays so I don’t forget what I’ve purchased or gift ideas I’ve had, lists of movies I want to see, books I want to read, and too many more lists to mention. For many of the items on these lists I have attached a picture to remind me of a specific product and its parameters , or the data plate(serial number/VIN) for a product to have data easily accessible. The uses for this app are endless!
Developer support for this app is top notch and unmatched. Any negative reviews about this app should be read cautiously or flat out ignored as those reviewers either did not read the FAQs for help or did not contact the developer for assistance. Any time(and there have not been many) I have had a question or an issue I could not resolve myself, I have sent an email to customer support and received responses very quickly with detailed instructions and follow up emails until the issue was resolved and I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the response time, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Infinity lists is way too expensive. I’m sticking to this app.
I’ll be sticking with this app because infinity lists is well out of my reach cost wise. £49.99 (or even £24.99) is a lot. And this app does a very similar job. I know a lot of work has gone into infinity lists, but at £24.99/£49.99 it’s just way way too much for the casual user. And I’ve already paid for this app once.

A Warning to all!
Like others, I’ve used this app for years. In fact, I’ve used it for about 14-15 years. I’ve had no problems and no problems transferring my lists when upgrading my iPhone after trade-ins. The other day, however, 14-15 years of my lists and passwords disappeared with its update. Beyond words!

There is an easy fix. Your data is 100% safe, as long as you don't delete the app. Please email me at support@infinitylists.app. There was a hitch in the conversion process, which just needs to be run again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Update
I lost all my data this morning do to an update. All my passwords I had saved in it are now gone. It started over from square one. Very disappointing as now it is going to cost me tons of time in the future to change passwords. Might want to screen shot your stuff after loading data as it is not dependable.

Help help
I’ve had List Master for years. Last night I received a message that my lists would be upgraded to sync with the cloud. The next morning almost all my lists are gone. I’ve left several messages but no help so far.

I have loved this app on my iPhone for 10 years. Now it is great to have it on my Mac, too. Glad syncing is working now, too.
Lists disappeared
I would have given this five stars until this morning. Now I’d give it none if possible. For about four years I’ve been keeping lists of all the books I read but now they’ve just disappeared. I looked at the lists all the time to remind me of authors I liked, to reminisce about books I’d read etc. All gone. I feel really upset. I’m going to buy a good quality notebook and list my books in that from now on.

List Master on iPhone
I have used List Master on my iPhone foe several years and it works ok for simple lists on my iphone. But trying to get it to share or sync the lists with my iPad is an exercise in frustration as it never seems to work as online instructions tell you. It must be better for Android phones.

List Master is perfect for me. I use it to keep a list of words for Spelling Bee, a NYT word game. I can search by letter and add new words easily. Words like baobab and nonillion that are new to me. It is also useful for keeping track of my small orchid collection, as in type, when and where acquired and repotting, fertilizing and blooms. And, sadly, death.

Really really awful sync support
This does NOT sync well between devices & the customer service has been abysmal. Which is a real shame b/c otherwise it is so functional. But the lack of syncing between devices is a fatal flaw.

I lost all the information on the app, however I was contacted by technical support and easily recovered everything I had on my lists.

Good app but impossible to keep it syncing. Ridiculous. I give up.
Great App and Fantastic Support
I have used this app for several years and lately needed support in transferring data from one iPad to another. It took several back and forth emails to get it solved but ListMaster support was very patient and helped in every way.
