No sound
Purchase this today and there’s literally no sound on any single video on the entire app. Who do I contact about a refund since I paid for a year subscription my son loves the videos on YouTube. But clearly your acne needs work.
Feels More Like a Cash Grab Than a sharing the Word
I really wanted to love Listene Kids because they make fun Christian songs for little ones, and the music itself is great. But I was disappointed to see how often ads are placed throughout their videos — basically after every short song. When a 45-minute kids’ worship video has an ad every few minutes, it feels more like a money grab than ministry.
I understand that creators need to earn revenue, but there’s a big difference between using ads wisely and constantly interrupting worship or learning time for profit. I’d love to see them focus more on the message and less on the monetization. Kids deserve to experience Jesus without being sold something every few minutes.

Hello! There are zero ads in the app you are reviewing. That’s the point of the app… to watch listener kids videos ad free.
Great app and love the content
My son wants listener kids on the tv at all times. He loves it and we love that we can trust the content. My only complaint about the app is that you can't cast videos to the tv; you have to screen mirror your phone to the tv. Which means my phone is now dedicated to the his app as long as we are watching listener kids.

I am so grateful this app exists!
I first came across Listener Kids on YouTube and found this app when I wanted to show my niece the videos without ads. She knows all the words and the verses now, at 3 years old. She and I would love more listener kids story time!
Wish I was able to put it on all devices
My kids love this on YouTube and now that I know they have an app I downloaded it and was soooo excited until I realized I can’t put it on their iPads it has to have the same email and I really wish I was just able to log in instead of paying for each iPad
Ability to download songs would be helpful
If you don’t have great service the videos will just stop and recently it’s been stopping (and going to a black screen) after each song. I’ve had to close out of the app and go back in after each song which defeats the purpose of letting our son watch while we’re driving home close to nap or bedtime.
Being able to download the songs for usage with no service would be extremely helpful and maybe fix the other issue of going black after each song/video. Super frustrating that I paid for a year and it’s more a hassle to use than YouTube— minus all the ridiculous ads on there.

Good content, but the app is glitchy
I really like the Listener Kids videos, and so does my 2 year old. The videos are well done for the most part, but the app needs some work. I find myself going to YouTube a lot just to be able to watch the videos. My kid can navigate the app very well, but I’m constantly having to close the app out and restart it because the videos won’t play. The videos either won’t play, or the load times are really long and the videos constantly buffer. It doesn’t seem to make much difference whether my phone is on WiFi or cellular data.

App doesn’t work
After one song, it stops working and won’t play any other songs at first I thought it was a fluke, but it happens every single time we attempted and I paid for this app
Won’t play continuously without WiFi
I really liked it at home because it would play multiple videos continuously with zero ads. But when away from WiFi, it won’t play more than one video, which is disappointing because that’s why I bought the app versus using YouTube.
Love but games would be great!
My kids and I absolutely love listeners kids , they have watching and listening since they were babies, now 4 and 5 year olds. Now that they are a bit bigger it would be great if the app added games for kids their ages! Thanks!

No Downloading
You have to have WiFi to access the videos. Not much better than just watching on YouTube, besides there being no ads.
My kids love the app but…..
My kids loves this app and have had it for a year but recently the app hasn’t worked for about a week and we been getting an error 500. Very disappointed and hope it can be fixed.

Love the app and my grandkids love singing along. Unfortunately after agreeing to an ongoing payment subscription the app would stall on loading every time. Kept getting Error 500 warning and just wouldn’t play videos. I’ve gone back to using YouTube.

Love it, but has some glitches
My 4yo absolutely loves LK’s songs! We first started watching it on YouTube, then started buying DVDs, and just recently downloaded the app. I love that she now has access to all the songs!
There are two issues that need fixing. 1) They need to add the title of the songs able the tiles. This is for the parent, not for the kid. She will come to me bc she has tried finding a certain song, and I have a hard time finding it as well. 2) It freezes during a song. Gets stuck on loading a song. Or the sound just turns off during a song.
I’d totally give it 5 stars if it weren’t for those issues.

Parent Error
App has a pop up that says to ask your parents and it will not allow you to do anything. Error 500 every time I open.
Continuously kicks me off app after 2 songs..
I would give this 5 stars easily if it allowed me to listen for more than 2 songs without losing sound on my phone and needing to close and reopen to regain full function for only 2 songs again. When I AirPlay to my AppleTV only 2 songs play then it kicks my phone off of AirPlay. The animation, kids voices and messages are all fantastic, just frustrating to only get 2 songs at a time… I paid for the 1 year subscription but am currently disappointed with the functionality. Hoping it’s a glitch that can be fixed with an update. 🙏🏼 We need more of this for our kiddos. Wish I was able to download the App to my AppleTV and enjoy it without worrying about AirPlay. Update: I have an iPhone 11 iOS 17.0.3 Apple TV HD tvOS 17.0 If I was able to add the app to my AppleTV and have continuous streaming as well that would be fantastic! Hopefully this can be fixed!
