Can’t create a profile
I’ve downloaded the app, started creating my profile, but can’t get past my religious views. Keep clicking on “Next”, but it won’t move forward. One word - Frustrating!
Not accessible
This app is not accessible for people use screen readers or voiceover features on their devices. I’m sure there are people who are visually impaired and blind that may want to use this app because overall I believe it is a good idea. So, maybe if you can get your tech guys to make it accessible on screen readers and voiceover platforms like the iOS and Google or android systems. I think you’ll get more customers involvement from the visually impaired blind community. I am speaking as a blind person. Thank you

Great app but charges way too much
It’s an amazing idea for an app and has been very successful but 50 cents a minute is a lot and can easily drain your bank account if you’re not careful especially in these times
Not One Call
I was really excited about the prospect of taking calls so I could listen to people regarding anything they would like to talk about.
I received notification to start receiving calls, and I have not had one call yet.
What’s so frustrating is I receive notification to accept a call, but after waiting ten minutes, the call is no longer available.
Today, I received a notification for a call, but when I accepted it, two minutes had already passed since the initial request. Once again, ten minutes later, the call was no longer available.
Now I’m seeing reviews of people saying no listeners are available. This is a broken system that benefits nobody.

Badly made, no listeners available
Tried using the app- no listeners were available. Cheaply made.
Great caller experience
I tried this app to make a call and was very easily connected to the listener.
It was a very intuitive experience and the conversation was very genuine and not forced by any means. This app is great as sometimes we just need a listening ear without any judgement or advice and can’t reach out to friends for one reason or the other.

So far I really love this app, I got accepted to be a Listener and as soon as I got my first call I got my payment right away also the Support is wonderful they are also very quick and professional. But I highly recommend getting this app for Callers as well, our calls are monitored and we are not allowed to extend the call for increased pay or pride even further into your personal life, and this app is so safe as well because we are required to pass a background check test and your call is completely anonymous all I see is Listeners on Call and your first name, you could even list your name as Anonymous if you like. I like that it’s so much different from any other hotline, it’s all about bonding, you could just be yourself while you share your personal experiences as well with the callers we aren’t required to do anything but respect you and empathize you and I feel that should be second nature but we have Listener’s Academy just to make sure you’re on the right track. Even when you rate us it helps the company know who should leave or stay, they really want to give you the best experience possible. There’s even more, Listeners have the chance to donate their earnings to this organization called Lap of Love check it out on their website! Ever since the launch I’ve definitely been getting more calls so overall I am pleasantly surprised with this app, I hope you Callers have a good experience as well with this app and the Listeners you talk too 😊

Unreliable
I had been waiting for this app to become available but it still has a lot of kinks to smooth out. It often times gets hung up on updating my info and I just see the arrows going around. There’s also something screwy with adding availability slots. For some reason I cannot add a second window without it telling me my time is overlapping when it clearly is not. So because of this, I can’t add multiple time slots for the same day. Based on the sample messages, they should have way more time to record our own message. Also, I wonder how much advertising they did for this app? It seems not a lot of people are calling in.
