So, I hate to give this a low rating, but I'll change if issue is fixed.
So, this app is pretty basic, I like that about it. It just goes straight to the recording screen, you press record, speak whatever nonsense you want, then you save and name the recording and give it a tag or two, and check out the performance of the transcription.
Impressed by the transcription, I was excited to get to use this tool more. Then I proceeded to share the recording, expecting to export the audio as well as the transcription. Well, to my complete dismay — you can't export the audio file whatsoever! They have absolutely no way for you to recover the recording you made.
Now there's no way to get it off their platform so they could shutter their app at any time and I would lose some potentially valuable information with nothing I could do about it. No backups, nothing. This is quite disappointing that they did well on other features but completely left out such a crucial one.
Sorry if I come off as harsh but I just was very disappointed, had such high hopes. If you can add that one basic feature, it'll be 5 stars for sure.
