You get to talk to a real person, and customer services and techs are very responsive! No talking to someone you cannot understand or get transferred 5 times or disconnected and have to start all over. They provide classes at their office locations and are professional and kind.
The fiber service is fast and reliable.
They put other services to shame

Finally!

We had spectrum for years and I am so happy we switched. The app is so easy to use and I love that you can turn off internet access to certain people or their electronics.
