This app used to be great, what happened?
This app used to be very easy to use. A few months ago it changed and is the same layout as the website, but on your phone so everything is really small and you constantly have to zoom in. I’m not sure why it was changed, the old app was very mobile friendly but this one is tricky to use. I really like Litchfield Bancorp and will continue to use them but I hope they revamp this app to make it mobile based again

I do like your app when it is working! From time to time, even though I enter everything correctly, it locks me out. That means I have to call customer service to unlock my access which is a waste of time for me and adds to the bank’s overhead as they probably have more employees than might need. I do give the bank my highest rating for your at home workers who help open my access to my account when this happens!!

Great banking app!
Very handy - absolutely love convenience of the instant transfer of funds between accounts! Plus the fast balance feature shows a great snapshot of accounts without having to log in!
