Litening

Litening is a carpooling app designed specifically for university students. It connects drivers and passengers within the same academic community who share similar daily routes, making campus commuting convenient and accessible. Key Features: • Verified Student Community: Registration and verification require an institutional university email, ensuring rides are shared exclusively among academic community members. • Split Commuting Costs: Drivers offset travel and fuel expenses, while passengers access affordable shared rides. • Streamlined Coordination: Easily post and discover rides with defined departure times, pick-up points, and available seats. • Convenient Alternative: Avoid overcrowded transit and long transfer times during peak campus hours. • Sustainable Commuting: Maximizing vehicle occupancy helps reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions around university campuses. How it works: Create an Account: Sign up with your university email address for instant verification. Search or Post a Ride: Drivers post their route, departure schedule, and number of available seats. Passengers browse rides matching their class timetable. Reserve a Seat: Confirm your ride and coordinate pick-up details. Ride Together: Share the commute, split travel costs, and arrive at campus on time.
