Won’t connect
Was working fine last year. This year it won’t connect. Lights work fine with the knob but the WiFi won’t connect.
At least it connected easy
I can’t believe there’s no patterns to select from. For a $280 controller that doesn’t do much.

Instructions are to reset password on setup. Can’t complete this step or bypass this step and it doesn’t work otherwise.
One star because it worked for about a month
Password problem not solved. This is a terrible app. I can’t believe how simple it is and it doesn’t work. It had a bad review 2 years ago and it still is bad. Obviously no one cares. I will be getting this product removed and looking for something better.
