Not working now!! 😡
This app used to work fine but for the past few months my camera just blinks a red LED and I can’t view it at all. I have tried connecting it to my Wi-Fi again but it just says bad gateway 502. I logged out of the app and tried to log back into it and it gives the same error. Bad gateway 502. I NEES this fixed!!! Fix it and I’ll raise the # of ⭐️s. I want to be contacted about this.

what happened?
I have three of these cameras — two v1, and one v2. they used to work just fine. now none of them records. I look at the logs and they tell me no events that day. If I look at history, they all suddenly stopped recording at the same time. All have near-empty SD cards.
the cameras are completely useless if I can use them only for live viewing — which is fine. but their real use is in their history. no history, no good.

Real Dissapointment
I have had my camera for a while and got to point where I put it in a drawer to collect dust because the live record is choppy and delayed. Problem is not my wifi. I have another company’s camera and it works great and my other decides work well. I pulled camera out today 9/11 to give another go, hoping by now the app also might be improved. It’s not. Ability to find recorded video is poor. You have to search one date at a time. And I recall that no matter the motion sensitivity I set the camera would always start recording, including for a tree’s shadow. Stay away from this product.

Not as advertised
When I received my 4 cameras I thought the battery would last longer. I also found out the sim card to one of the cameras does not work. Kinda disappointed.
Don’t Use Litmor
The app is full of bugs. The App updates only cause more issues. It is like the have no beta testing for their app. Just get a Ring and accept the loss of privacy. This app and cameras cause more frustration that anything else

It would take a full day and an extra pair of thumbs to list everything that’s wrong with it. It looks fine until you actually start using it.
Also, if you try to return the camera they will deduct 13% of the cost (which is NOT mentioned in their online return policy) and you will have to pay the return shipping ...to CHINA!
Hopefully they will update the app soon and fix a huge number of bugs. Until then it’s quite frustrating and only semi-useful.

Has never worked for me
I have a 256GB card installed.
App pesters me constantly about motion, but there is none.
Cars come and go in the driveway within a few feet of the camera, but are not noticed.
I get two still pictures that purport to show something but show nothing. No reliable way to view video.

LOVE these!!
SO easy to set up. I cannot believe how fast and simple getting them set up is, they are easy to move around if you need to change the view. I bought three and they have all worked fantastically- I have no complaints.

Night vision is excellent!
Great camera for the price! It is well constructed and the night vision is very good! I did not rate it yet for it's motion detection as I really only use it for live viewing.

Set up was extremely easy. The quality of the audio and video is much higher than expected. Since this is my first product of this kind I have nothing to compare it with but will suggest this to anyone in the market for a home monitor product. The product has been put at my disposal by the Review Club for testing purposes without any obligation but to provide my opinion on this product.

Love this camera. Extremely easy setup. iPhone interface is everything I wanted. Clear picture and sound. Easy voice interaction too. Great product and couldn't be more pleased with it.

Read this if you have a Dual-band router
This is not in the directions, but after a few emails with customer support I tried this and it instantly worked: If you have a dual-band router you need to turn off the 5G WiFi before setting up the camera. Once the camera is setup and working you can turn the 5G back on. Just having different SSID’s was not enough, the camera kept defaulting to the 5G and would not setup, so just turn off your 5G until the camera is setup and all will be good.
The camera works fine, good picture, and a decent app. Click a button in the app to easily share your camera with family and friends. They download the app and have access to the camera.

Very Good for the Price
I have two of these now. The work great to keep an eye on my pets when I am away. Works good with the iPhone app.
