Don't buy!!

I had bought all of the emojis. Just NOW I bought some of the Christmas emojis. Instead of adding those to what I already purchased, ALL MY PURCHASES HAVE BEEN DELETED. So you got paid for everything then erased it from my phone. I tried to "restore purchases" and that DOES NOT WORK. I tried to contact app support, and all that does is take me to the website so I will buy the new stickers!! You need to either refund all my money or put all of my purchases back!!!! This is BS!!
