While your logged doses should carry over safely, we recommend updating at a time when you have no active doses recorded.** - Cleaner design throughout the app, now with full dark mode - Set your own dosing schedule: customise the hours between doses and the max doses per 24 hours for each medication - Dosage settings are now shared with your whole family and stay in sync across everyone's devices in real time - Improved history: doses grouped by month with tap to expand days, plus a calendar view - More reliable syncing, so a logged dose is never lost when you reconnect - Fixed unexpected sign-outs (auto sign-out is now optional and off by default) - Clearer wording for the rolling 24 hour dose limit - General bug fixes and performance improvements

Couldn’t live without!

Little Doses fills a huge gap in the parenting world. There are countless baby tracking apps, but nothing that safely and clearly manages paracetamol and ibuprofen dosing for children. The interface is intuitive, the design is soft and calming, and the functionality is exactly what tired parents need in high-stress moments. It reduces errors, prevents double dosing, and gives complete clarity on timing. This should be a standard app on every parent’s phone.
