This application is totally useless and even worse, they get you less than what you usually get in a hotel you are accustom to. The only thing they do is to « inform reception of your request ». They make you pay for nothing. They make money by getting a discount on the room you pay and make you pay for it. Go on Lartisien. At least the support you trip. It’s free and you feel someone is making your stay a little better than if you were planning it alone.

Brilliant travel app!
Amazing app that lets you book some of the best hotels in the world at exceptionally low rates.
They offer great benefits such as guaranteed upgrades, free breakfast and even a $100 credit to spend at some of the hotels! Anyone of those alone makes me the membership fee well worth it.. even if only for 1 night!

I’ve travelled the world with MyLE
Needs a lot of work/not worth the price
Considering the yearly fee plus a 20£ booking fee I would assume some differentiating benefits or deals but they don’t offer much. I have compared prices with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and for a fee I’m already paying with Amex I get more benefits guaranteed and not subject to availability. Plus, rates are the same if not better on Amex. For an extra 50£ a year you get access to restaurants reservations but they are few and far between with options only available in London in New York. If you’re going to charge 250£ a year for a product or service that has a lot of competition you better deliver something worth paying for and in my opinion this is not worth the fees.
