About

Some days, you just need a little room to breathe. Little Exhale offers gentle breathing and body practices for ordinary moments: after a busy day, before your next task, or when you want to settle into rest. A small cat and dog keep you company, with movements that follow the practice rather than asking anything of you. FIND YOUR SMALL PAUSE Try a two-part sigh, a longer out-breath, even breathing, box breathing, gentle belly breathing, or alternate-nostril breathing. There are also guided meditation, a resting body scan (NSDR), pelvic floor practice, and progressive muscle relaxation. Each practice explains what to do and lets you choose an available duration. FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN PACE Hear warm English guidance or choose sound cues or silence. Skip the introduction when you know the practice. Pause, continue, or finish whenever you need to. Visual guidance follows the actual inhale, exhale, hold, or release. Natural-breathing practices leave your breathing rhythm to you. A GENTLER LOOK AT YOUR DAY Keep an optional feeling note, record drinks, revisit your practice history, and find small acts of care. If you choose to connect Apple Health, sleep and body measurements can provide additional context. The optional daily index is a wellness estimate, not a medical assessment. LESS TO MANAGE No account to create. No streak to protect. No ads or subscription. Core records stay on your device, and bundled practice audio works offline. Appearance, text size, sound, haptic, and motion preferences help you make the space your own. Little Exhale was previously called Fangcun. Updating keeps your existing local records and preferences. These practices support general wellbeing and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Follow the in-app guidance, keep movements gentle, and stop if something feels uncomfortable.
