Rulebook needs help
The book is a great start and has had some great updates. It is still lacking in some areas.
My husband has difficulty reading on his phone and likes to use the app rulebook to find things quickly. He then goes to a paper copy of the book. He (and I) would like to see page numbers in the app so we can cross reference both.
We also need the ability to better bookmarks. We would like to be able to have multiple bookmarks in the sections. It would be great to be able to name them so we find things better.
Thank you for making it free. Now more people (managers and coaches especially) will have a copy of the rulebook and hopefully read it.

Search Function Strikes Out
The search function is trash. Even if you copy and paste the exact words the search engine still will not find it.
PLEASE Improve search and bookmark
App is very difficult to use if you don’t already know where a rule is. It would be super helpful to bookmark individual rules and not a whole section. Search should allow grouped words like “hit by pitch.” Also an individual word doesn’t return preview text.
If Little league is removing rules from the web and shipping fewer books, they should make basic investment in the app.

Search feature is circa 1996
Having the rules on your phone is great, as long as you know EXACTLY where to turn. The search feature is by far the worst of any app I have ever used. It is worthless.
Little League Rules App
One of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. Don’t waste your $1.99. Buy a printed copy. At least you’ll be able to find items in lest than a day.

Power search is inefficient
As a director of a league this app is not user friendly when a coach questions a rule. Googling a rule and going to the official website is much more reliable in heat of the moment situation when a specific rule is questioned.

Not intuitive whatsoever, and search functionality is useless. Buy the book!

I know it’s only $2 but it’s principal. Charging your volunteer coaches when they are already donating their time while Williamsport is taking in billions.
Doesn’t work.
Doesn’t load anything. Click on little league rule book and it says sorry- something went wrong. Can I get my $2 back.

Nothing works in the app. I click any of the little league options and it just says “we’re sorry something went wrong. Please try again later”! I do a search and the screen just goes blank white. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. I want my money back.

I downloaded and paid for the app and it hasn’t worked once. I have deleted it and reloaded it three different times but it still says there is a problem. I’m not sure what’s wrong! I have hard started my device still won’t work.
Bring back the eBook
Have the 2019 e-book on computer, iPad, iPhone… All work great.

Loved this app but with the new update things are not showing up. I can’t get anything to load at all.

Okay, but prefer the rules in ebooks
The search function is practically worthless, searches all three rulebooks, but doesn’t take you to the actual rule... and if you need to see the next item, you basically need to start over.
Also, moving between one chapter to another is cumbersome.
Having the rules in an ebook was so much more useful. Please make the rules available in an ebook again.
