App crashes when you try to login. App does not work.

Awesome idea, but always crashes right when signing in.
Can’t get ahold of support
I can’t get a hold of support and it keeps booting me out of the app when I sign on does the parent portal actually work?
Crashes
The kid’s app works great and is really fun for my brother. However, I can’t keep track with him or see what he’s learning so that we can talk about it. Very promising program, but as of now, still not working.
Crashes on launch
The kids app worked great, but this parent portal app crashes every time I try to log in. And the “app support” link in the app store just goes to a terms and conditions page! The website is just advertising, no support option. Useless. So, not too impressed at the moment.....
Issues with parent app
When I attempt to log in it closes the app. I am unable to log in at all. 4 stars since I’m sure the app is great when it works.

Not only does the kid’s app encourage my children to learn about the faith in a fun way but this app helps me to watch their progress, conversation starter to keep them thinking further and even more education and resources for my spiritual growth! Amazing!
Super helpful
Sometimes I’m not sure how to explain what i believe to my kids, but this app is so helpful and fun! I’ve learned so much already!
