I cannot recommend this app enough. It has become a special family routine that will help build gratitude, resilience and peace within our children. The app is calm and distraction-free. Emotional Regulation
I’ve been looking for a tool to help my kids better manage and regulate their emotions. This app, which serves as a prompt and resource for hand-written journaling, really helps kids to take a step back and consider what they can and cannot control; and ultimately how they can shift their perspective and stay in control of their emotions. The prompts are easy to understand and age appropriate. It’s also a great way to check in with your kids.
