Little Thing Wine

Little Thing is a bottle shop + wine bar on Beacon Hill in Seattle, WA. And this is our app: everything we write about the wines we sell, in your pocket. We built it because I (Katie) kept pulling out bottles of Little Thing wine, and not remembering anything about them. I'd forget which wine club month a bottle was from, or misplace the zine. Or I'd remember I chose this particular wine for some *reason*—something Dylan wrote in her perfect little handwritten note in the shop—but have no idea what the reason was. Should I chill this wine? Drink it now or later? Did Dylan recommend a food pairing? Now you can find those write-ups whenever you're choosing what to drink — or when you're midway through a bottle you love and don't want to forget. HOW IT WORKS • Search by taking a photo of the wine bottle label, or just search by name or variety. • See wine club wines along with other wines sold at Little Thing. • Comment or like wines, and see what other people in the community are enjoying. ABOUT LITTLE THING We think finding the perfect bottle of wine should be easy. With a small-but-mighty selection that changes often, our entire staff is able to taste every single bottle and recommend the right one for any occasion and budget. Little Thing is the neighborhood wine shop of our dreams: community-focused, approachable, and filled with wines you actually want to drink. And this is the app that goes with it. One more thing: this app is a fun side project, and there might be bugs! Let us know about them when you find them, but do it nicely.
